Soon there will be TWO little boys running around here instead of one! I'm PREGNANT! Answers to all question:

Yes, we kind of planned it (didn't think it would happen this fast).

They will be 16 months apart.

We are so excited!!!

Well I figure I should update. We are here at Dallin's parents house. We got here the beginning of August. Dallin took the boards August 23 and we headed off for a much needed break but before we left I fainted, I was in talking to Ruth in the morning and all of a sudden I got really dizzy and blacked out. Ruth didn't realize I had fainted, I woke up on the ground. Dallin was there seeing if I was ok. I sat up and didn't really understand what had happened. I got something to eat, then I was fine. I figured it was because I hadn't eaten very much the day before. Then we left for our vacation. We went to Vegas to stay with Dallins brother it was nice to see them, we went out to dinner while there I was holding Easton and smelt a dirty diaper so I checked to see if I was right. Boy was I right!!! He exploded all over my arm from elbow to hand. I looked at and Dallin he asks, is that throw-up, I said no its poop. We started laughing so hard and sweet Rachel came and helped wipe it off so I could at least get to the bathroom without it all over ha ha good times. Then we went to my parents house it was so good to see everyone. Dallin found his new obsession golf and did it almost everyday! We went boating and had alot of fun at the lake. Went to the zoo! Of course I went shopping with the girls I mean what else do we do :) Then we headed up to Rexburg to see Dallins other brother Jason to hangout with them. It made me miss Rexburg wow it has changed. While I was there I went out to lunch with Molly it was so fun to see her and her cute boy! I wish we could have spent more time with them. After a week there we headed back to my parents for a family picture for Christmas that was an adventure. We took it up in this canyon by our house my Dad had the great idea of sitting on this log in the middle of this creek. When we all got off the log rolled and my mom almost went in haha! Then we headed back to Hanford after a good two week vacation. Then next day we went to the mediCal office to see about my insurance and as we were standing there I fainted again. Good thing Dallin caught me this time so I didn't hit my head. I woke up on the ground. It was a little worrisome since it has only happened once before and that was just a couple weeks ago. So the ambulance came and checked me out. My blood sugar was extremely low. They said I should go in and get checked out. But I decided to wait and the next day I still wasn't feeling good I could hardly stand. So we went into the ER cause thats all my insurance covers right now(stupid I know). It took 5 hrs to find out what was wrong. While we were there we found out IT'S A BOY!!! They really aren't suppose to tell you but since we knew the Radiologist Nurse who was there, he's in our ward. Lets just say Hanford is a SMALL town haha. Oh and I have hypoglycemia which means I have low sugar in my blood. So I just need to eat alot of small meals during the day. So now we are just hanging out till our insurance goes through. So I can get a really appointment. Dallin studys a couple hrs a day and takes the boards in November. We are excited for that. Sorry no pictures I lost my camera charger in the move and I don't have a card reader that works so hopefully soon.

Dallin only has three more weeks of school!!! yay! We went to my Duke family reunion over the fourth of July weekend. It was filled with tons of games and boating. It was at Bear Lake in Utah freezing cold water!! I left my camera at my parents so sad!! I have no pictures to show you dang it. I can't believe Easton is 8 months old already. He is crawling all over the place, says dada and mama oh and cheese when I take a picture. haha. He crawls into his toy box probably 3 times a day, and sneaks up the stairs whenever he can. He definately loves his daddy, he gets a big smile on his face when he sees daddy coming down the stairs. He is such a happy baby! He smiles all the time and loves it when people talk to him in the stores. He gives big slobbery kisses but I love them. He pats everything when you pick him up he pats your back it pretty funny. Anyways we are moving in three weeks! We are definately not ready. It's just in with Dallin's parents till he finds a job. Hopefully we don't drive them to crazy! Anyways just thought I would update!

Jenn's birthday and Graduation for Dallin (weirdo)

YAY!!!! Wow I can't believe I am actually writing this post already! These two years have flown by and so much has happened. I am so proud of Dallin and all his hard work. He is such a hard worker. But still finds time for us. We have had our ups and downs with this school but at least we can finally say " See Ya!!!" The graduation day was so great! It was 4 hours long (because PA, PT, NP, Nures all graduated too) and the speakers were really great. The one I remembered the most was the speaker of the alumni. She said "look at your hands, these are the hands that will shock a lifeless heart back to life. These are the hands that will deliver a baby, these are the hands that will comfort a grieving widow. Now put them on your heart always remember to care with your heart" something like that. It was so good and just made it feel so much more real that Dal is done! I got to hood him that was pretty cool except he didn't bend low enough for me to get it over his head so I looked like a dork but oh well it was still fun! Easton did a good job being good. He was tired and hungry afterwards so thats why he wasn't to happy in the pictures. Dallin's parents came so that was so nice of them to come. They are so supportive of everything we do. Dallin told my parents not to come because he didn't even want to go to his own graduation. It was so far for them to just for a day so we will see them in August. But we feel the love thanks mom and dad! So after the ceremony we were waiting outside and Dallin came out with his cap and gown all taken off. Ruth and I definitely got on his case about that. He didn't do all this hard work to not a get any pictures punk!!! Oh Dallin you are a riot! They had a nice luncheon afterwards it was nice. Way to go Dal love you!!!

1st Mother's Day!

I had the best mother's day! We spent the weekend in San Diego. It was pretty cold but still nice. We walked around the beach, went to little italy and Gaslamp. It was really fun! Just very relaxing! Easton is crawling all over the place. He is off the minute you put him down. I love him to death. He follows me everywhere. I feel so blessed that I get the chance to raise a beautiful loving boy. He makes us laugh all the time. He says dada and momma but doesn't know what that means but I still like it! He is growing up so fast, he is in the 94% for height and weight. (He definitely didn't get my genes thank goodness!) For mother's day I got spoiled Dallin made pasta and filet mignon it was amazing!!! Happy Mother's Day to all and thanks to my mom for being awesome and doing so much for me I love you!

Last night I surprised him with tickets to a hockey game it was so fun Easton loved looking at everything but he didn't like when they scored the horn was so loud it would scare him and he would cry poor boy! OK so it's been a while! We haven't been up to much but here are some pictures. Dallin has been busy with school but 4 more MONTHS!!!! Wow it really seems like we were just driving here from Alabama! I have been doing a lot of crafts to take up my time. I will put pictures of those up later. I made Easton a tie and recovered his carseat (yes I have been that bored). I have been spending a lot of time out in the sunshine it has been beautiful! Easton loves going down the slide and he can now sit up for more than 15 seconds! That is something to celebrate! In two weeks we are going to Dallin's brothers wedding yay! In REXBURG! wow I miss that place. Then I am going to stay with my family for a week. They are so excited to see Easton. He was only 2 months old now he is 5 months yay big boy! Anyways hope all is well with everyone!

Crazy Month Catch Up

Well I don't know where to start, there has been so much going on. First off, Dallin has been doing great with his rotations. Now he is in Internal Medicine, it's basically working with old people yay! NOT! But he does has great hours! We took some pictures of Easton the other day out in the sunshine he is such a happy smiley boy we can't help but smile with him. I also took his 3 month picture, I can't believe he is already 3 months. Then next we went to this really nice restaurant called Spaghettini Grill and Lounge. It's in Seal Beach. They had a live Jazz band it was so much fun. It made me absolutely love Jazz music. Easton had fun too we got front row seats to it with dinner. Dallin got pasta of course and I got Sea Bass it was amazing but of course it doesn't look as good as in real life. I was trying to take a picture of the sign of the restaurant but I accidentally got this guy haha. Everytime I see this picture I can't help but laugh!! Next Jared and Danielle's family came to visit we had so much fun. We went to Santa Monica Pier one day it was beautiful warm and sunny! It went by way to fast. Easton absolutely loved Brooklyn, she was such a big help I can't believe how old she acts (reminds me of her mom!) We also went to the Fashion District in LA, definitely an experience;). I miss them already. Dallin's brother is getting married in April up in Rexburg so I will stop and see them in a couple of months. So on another note, Easton is getting sooo big he now rolls over all the time. But now we have run into a problem, since he has learned his new trick I can't get him to stay on his stomach to sleep. Any suggestions?? I have tried just letting him cry that only works for so long,he rolled over to his back then cried for an hour, fell asleep then an hour later woke up. Then I tried putting rolled up blankets on the sides so he couldn't move well he just scoots himself to the edge of the crib and rolls over. Let's just say its been a long week! But he is still the best part of our lives. We love him to death and I'm ok staying up with him as long as it's only a stage here's to crossing my fingers! Well I think I'm caught up now sorry for the long post. Oh well since today is Valentine's day let me tell you what we did. It was my turn this year to plan so I made Dallin an amazing dinner if I do say so myself. Rack of lamb with green beans and fingerling potatoes. For dessert chocolate lava cake. It was fun to make then we ended the night watching "Life As We Know It" it was a pretty good night. Thanks for being my Valentine I love you Dallin!

Easton's Blessing Day

Easton was blessed on January 2nd! My family came down on Thursday night and stayed with us for New Years! We braved the crazy world of Disneyland. But it was sooo fun! Dallin and Michael decided to go on Splash Mountain again with the strollor pass, then they text Zach while they were in line that they were going to take their shirts off!! So we had to see this. It was soooo funny we couldn't believe they actually did! We tried buying the picture but they wouldn't sell it to us cause they are suppose to keep there clothes on. Well it was funny to watch. Zach got an ok pic of it I'll have to put up later. It was a fun day. Eastons blessing day was so nice Dallin did a good job. Here are the pictures I made his outfit it was a little big but oh well he looked cute anyway. For Christmas we went to his sisters house 20 mins. away it was fun to kind of be home for Christmas!! We went to the beach it was soooo fun, perfect weather. Dallin got a air-soft gun for Christmas so him and his brothers had fun shooting at each other all day. I got some cookbooks I have been wanting soo excited to use! Easton gave us a whole night of sleep for Christmas and the few days before too. That was definitely needed. I loved seeing both families this year. We miss them already!

Easton is a Big Boy!

When Easton stands on my lap I call him a "big boy" he gets so excited and even smiles. I can't believe how much he has changed. He is past the newborn stage. He smiles so much and every once in a while even laughs. I love how active he is now. He loves it when I give him kisses he will smile so big but when Dallin does it, it's not the same. haha He already knows who his favorite person is :) He loves taking showers and baths. I love him sooo much he is my buddy. We hangout all day long and I couldn't think of a better way of spending my day. I love you buddy! Don't grow up to fast! We went to the Ward Christmas Party it was so fun Dallin and Easton matched even down to the shoes. love Christmas time everything about it the music, hustle bustle of shopping, making cookies, Christmas lights, trees, most of all Christ. I'm so excited to be home for Christmas with our little family. I hope you all have a great Christmas season.

Thanksgiving 2010

We went to St. George to see my family. Let me tell you we had a blast! I miss living close to them. They loved Easton of course! Oh and as we getting the suitcases out of the car we realized we forgot Eastons suitcase. Poor boy had nothing so he got all new clothes lucky! It was one of those times where I thought Dallin grabbed it and he thought I had. Oh well! We played pickleball, basketball, and football (well more like the boys) :) We took the Christmas picture for my parents. I miss them already but I'll see them in a month for Easton's blessing. Lindsay and I braved the Black Friday on Thanksgiving night, it was crazy but fun. Then Danielle and my Mom joined us for the morning of Black Friday. I think this season I have been thinking alot about my life and how thankful I am to have the struggles and happy times in my life because they have made me who I am. I love Dallin more than I ever have. Seeing him with Easton really just makes me fall in love with him all over again. I am so grateful I have the chance to get to raise this beautiful baby and that Heavenly Father trusts me to do this. He is such a sweet boy and so patient. I am so thankful Dallin is able to be in PA school and that we can be secure career wise. Thanks Dal for working so hard. I love you all. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Well our little Easton will be 3 weeks tomorrow, I can't believe how much he has changed already. It's so fun. I love all his funny faces he makes. He is so patient, even when he is starving he will just let out a little cry just incase I forgot about him. He is so sweet. I love him so much I can't even express it. I never thought I could love someone so much after such a short time of knowing him. It's amazing how much he has changed me. I tend to change the radio station if it's not a good song because I don't want him listening to it. Even though he can't understand it. You may think that kind of weird I know. Here are some pictures of him the first week he was home taking his first bath. Then the Fall ones are from yesterday. I can't believe the difference. Dallin is such an amazing husband and Dad. Easton loves his dad. Dallin rubs his back at night and he just lays there loving it. Dallin says he is a cuddler like his mom. :) He is such a big help around the house too. Anything I need he jumps up to get. We are sooo happy and love our little family. I can now understand a little of what pure joy is.

October 26, 2010 at 3:30 Easton was born he was 7lbs 3oz and 19 1/2inches. We couldn't be more thrilled! I still can't believe it. We love him more than we could imagine. It's amazing the sweet spirit he brings into our home.

Ok so I am so ready to be done! Definately mixed emotions, nervous, anxious, excited, scared. Dallin is in his ER rotation this month and is working 3 days a week for 12 hr shift. I actually love it cause I see him so much more. He likes it too of course. I have been really busy just getting ready for this little guy, his room is all done and I love making little outfits for him. I finally finished his blessing outfit. It's crazy that we are having a baby wow it's no long going to be just us 2 anymore. Dallin reassures me everyday that we are going to love it and how excited he is. Well here is the newest picture of me at 35.5 weeks.

Well I have been dreading posting to tell you the truth. I just have so much catching up to do. So here it goes. Dallin got a whole month off in August so that was way nice. We went up to the cabin and hung out with his family for a week. We caught so many fish it wasn't even funny. I got to the point where I didn't want to catch anymore! how lame is that. Dallin, Mike, Britt, Kes, Bob and Little Jason went mountain biking. I guess it was a pretty crazy trail like straight down and tons of rocks. So hard that Dallin flipped over the handlebars 3 times! One time into a stickers bush. But he survived. Then we went to visit my family for 2 weeks. It was really fun of course the girls went shopping and the boys played golf and racquetball. Dallin hates to admit it my dad beat him haha! My sisters threw a baby shower for me. It was really fun. We also went out boating. Dallin bet my brother in law Aaron. That he couldn't get up on a wakeboard with no bindings!! It was pretty crazy when he actually did! Anyways I could go on and on about the break but this post is already to long. I am now 31 weeks!!! It really just needs to hurry up. I am wanting to wear my old clothes again and look thin haha! I am way past huge! At least that's how I feel. I have been shopping at secondhand stores (yes I am cheap but their the best) I find the cutest baby clothes and ones that have never been worn it's crazy! I decided I am doing this until my kids realize they don't want used clothes anymore! Hopefully that won't be for years. I went to this thrift store yesterday and as luck would have it I found this ottoman you can store things in. I thought I have to have this. It was really worn looking so I decided to be ambitious and recover it. So here are the before and after pictures. Oh Dallin finished his last semester of book work yay!!!! He started rotations 2 days ago. This month he is in surgery!!! The first day was awesome he got to assist in a surgery and stitch a ladies stomach back up! He had to hold the intestines, he said it was a weird experience because she was still ALIVE! They worked him all day from 9-7:30. The next day the surgeon didn't show up until like 12 so they were trying to find out where he was. Then he comes up to them expecting Dallin to have gone a visited the patients that need to be checked on. IT'S only the 2nD day!! How was he suppose to know. So they went to a clinic and did what needed to be done there. Then the Dr. said "well since you didn't go see those patients you will have to after we get done." They got done at 7:30, and he had 15 patients to see. He finally got home at 11:30 last night!! Good thing it's only a month long. 3 more weeks of this guy! Anyways that was way frustrating. Well thats our life in a nutshell! Hope all of you are doing well.

Happy 4th of July!! We had fun at our town parade! Good ol' Claremont. It was so cute in one of the pictures below a elder community was in it they did a little routine with there walkers haha. It was fun. I told Dallin to smile and this is his dorky face. Well we are moving in 2 weeks and I could not be more excited! Not about the moving but into our new place it's less a month and tons of people in our ward live there. We are also excited because at the end of July Dallin will be all done with his book work. He gets a month off then starts rotations! As for me I am just having fun making things for our little stud. I am finally done with all the crib bedding and will put pics of it up later when we get all settled in our new place. Oh and well I am just getting bigger and bigger I didn't realize how big until I saw the last picture compared to this one!!! Wow I never thought I would weight this much but it's pretty awesome. I feel great except my back is killing me. But Dallin is convinced our boy is going to be diabetic because I eat like 5 ice cream sandwiches a day haha. Of course you can tell he is in Med school haha. Well I hope all is well with everyone. I love this country inspite of the problems we face I am so thankful to have the freedoms we have. It amazes me how the Lord has a plan from the beginning with the creation down to the men of this country and the Declaration of Independence. I hope all of you have a great 4th!

Lindsays Sealing!

Ok so I went home for a couple of days. It was nice to see my family again. I can't believe how tall my brothers are wow I feel really short now. My brother Zach graduated high school wow I feel old. We got to hear President Eyring at his seminary graduation because he is in our stake. I loved it!! He talked about being where the Lord wants you to be. He told funny stories about President Monson. I love when they talk outside of conference cause you get more of a personality. Not only did all this happen but my dad turned the big 55 SENIOR CITIZEN!!! Now we can get 10% off at Ross haha! I got to spend time with my mom and niece Paisley! Lindsay and Aaron got sealed on Saturday it was such a neat experience to be in the temple we got married in. It is truly a castle! It is amazing. Then I took family pictures for my sister they turned out pretty cute! They were being so funny! Anyways we find out what we're having today at 4:00 pm so put your guesses in!

18.5 weeks

I'm 18.5 weeks! (that .5 is important haha) It seems like this month flew by, probably cause we have been so busy. I'm so happy I'm finally showing! Now people just know :). Instead of asking when we're going to have kids. My next doctors appointment is next Monday June 7th, hopefully by then we will be able to find out when the appt. is to find out ugh! I guess they just don't think it's that important but its driving me crazy! Anyways I'm just getting ready to go to my sister Lindsay's sealing for this weekend I'm so excited. I wish Dallin could go but he has to start up school. Well hope all is well.

Italy

Ok so it's taken me a couple of days to put this together and well I'm sick of uploading pictures so sorry this is what you get. Hope all is well tomorrow I'll have pregnancy pictures up hopefully.

Day 1: 05/17 We flew into Rome and got a rental car and drove to Florence. We drove around for 3 hours trying to find our hotel it was a tiny little place. We had to be careful where we drove because if you drove into the middle of the town they would take your picture and fine you every time even if you were lost. Then we went and got some pizza and gelato of course it was amazing. Then we went to sleep.

Day 2: 05/18 We headed out to find breakfast. We ate at this little bakery, croissants filled with chocolate. Then we found this amazing church. Its beautiful. I brought the wrong lens so I could only get close up pictures. Then we found this market rows and rows it was so fun. Everyone we spoke to assumed I was real Italian so they started talking to me in Italian haha. Although I am part italian and I look so much like them they are short with brown eyes and brown hair haha. This is where I belong! Then we drove back to Rome! We went and saw the vatican and St. Peters Basilica. Its amazing to see how covered in gold that place is. Dallin told me a story while we were there. Here is a picture of Dallin by the statue of St. Peter. Everyone comes to rub his foot to morn the death of the last apostle. Dallin said when he went to church in rome last time the mission president spoke and said Dallin H Oaks visited the Vatic

an and the mission president said "Isn't it interesting that all these people come here to morn the last apostle but here they have a living apostle in their mist and don't even know it." Sad to see that. It was pretty incredible to see the detail though. Then we went to the Trevi Fountain and of course got gelato and pizza!! Then we went to the Spanish Steps it usually has flowers and looks a lot more beautiful.

Day 3: 05/19 Ok so today Dallin wasn't feeling so hot, we figured it was from the pizza he ate the night before(they don't refrigerate there meat so the pizza was laying out all day). So we just went to the Colosseum it was awesome The prisoners would be put in there to be tested if they killed whatever was put in there they would sometimes be let free. If it wasn't entertaining enough they would have to work harder or else they would be killed anyway. It was very interesting but at the same time very disturbing that people would like to watch this. The first pictures is where the crowd would sit of course now there are no seats cause its so old. The second is partly where the prisoner would be it's like a maze they really could not see what was coming. Sometimes they would fill it with water and put sharks in it. Then we came back to the hotel and fell asleep for the rest of the night we were so dead. And Dallin couldn't do much cause he was so sick.

Day 4: 05/20 We woke up and left on a train to go to Napoli, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. It took us about 2 hours to get to Napoli. We got off and walked around for about an hour haha. We were probably in the ghetto part of town but it was disgusting and dirty and just ugly. Then we got back on the train and went to Sorrento. It was so beautiful and clean and had little streets of markets it is such a nice town. It's right on the ocean bellissima! So we stayed the night.

Day 5: 05/21 Today we woke up and caught the bus on the coast to the Amalfi Coast it was an amazing drive and so breath taking. I loved it then we got the stop and went the center of town it was so cute and little there were all these shops around. Then we got back on the bus and went to the train station caught the train to go down to Reggio. It said we were going to get down there at like 10 pm. The ticket guy came around to stamp our tickets and he told us we had to get off at some stop a couple hours away. Then we decided to ask some else and well Italians don't like to say "I don't know" crazy people. So this guy said you stay on and it will take you all the way down. Well we were getting closer and closer to the time we were suppose to be getting there and so decided to ask a guy off the station at a stop what we do and he said "you just missed your train 5 mins. ago". So we got off and the next train was

n't coming for 2 hours. So we decided to find something to eat but nothing was open so we luged our bags around up hills to find a place. Finally found alittle pizza place and turns out in won all kinds of awards. It was amazing so maybe it was all worth it to miss our train. :) So then we got on the next train and 2 hours later we came to the train station but for some reason we thought it was the next one so we didn't get off. Well just our luck we got off at the next station it was the tiny central station. It was 12 am by then and no hotels were around and no taxi's or buses. The trains were done for the night soooo we had to sleep at the cold train station and to make it worse it was raining!!!! There were bums and weird people walking around. Lets just say scary! Dallin stayed awake while I slept and then I stayed awake while he attempted to sleep. We always seem to have adventures together haha! I'm just glad he was there with me. So we survived until 6 am.

Day 6: 05/22 We finally got to the train station and took the 20 min. boat ride to messina then a bus to catania then to Ragusa. Then walked around for about 2 hours trying to find an internet place to check our email to get the address for the family we were staying with. We couldn't find one. Dallin went into a Mac store and checked his email really quick haha. I can't believe how excited they were to see us after 5 years. They are amazing and so humble. When they found out I was pregnant they were so so excited they couldn't stop talking about it. It's like our second family seriously. It was so amazing how giving they were even though they have nothing. Gorgio the dad was showing Dallin this soap he made out of olive oil it was so cool. We told him we liked it and he was like oh you want it here take it. haha no joke with everything. They even bought us this baby outfit from Im sure an exp

ensive place they cant afford. They are just amazing! I miss them so much and I loved them instantly. They took us to there other house it wasn't much of a house but it was the beautiful countryside. There was a tiny little hut for the kitchen then another hut with just a big room. They are so proud of this house they love it. We picked asparagus, and saw there beautiful hill of natural gardens. He made this amazing chicken. The chicken they have there comes with the feathers still on. Its definitely gross. This family is amazing I learned so much from them they are just so happy with nothing. I can't believe how much we have in America.

Day 7: 05/23 Today we went to church with the family. It was a great experience. Relief Society was interesting I didn't really understand anything. But when they sang the songs they really sing. You can tell they love to sing or that its just important to sing hymns I guess. It was pretty neat to hear them sing the song my great great grandfather wrote (Joseph Smiths First Prayer) in a different language it was amazing. Sunday school was in English for me cause there is a recently baptized family that speaks english. But Sacrament Meeting was my favorite. It was so neat to meet everyone Dallin knew and taught. The Bishop asked Dallin to talk for a little bit in Sacrament meeting it was so nice to hear what he was saying in english haha. You can tell those people truly love him. Then after church we ate a huge meal of course. Then drove to Siracusa its beautiful just look at the pictures.

Day 8: 05/24 Today we went with the 2 boys around the town and mall. Then we stopped by the dry cleaning place the family owns to see the mom and daughter they are so awesome. Then Gorgio the dad took us to this town called Ibla it was awesome. On a hill just like you could imagine Italy. Just beautiful this was where they got married. I love this family even though I could speak the language you could just feel there love. Dallin would interpret most of the time so it was nice but it was so funny to see Dallin laugh so much the Dad would crack jokes and they would laugh constantly here is some video hopefully I can upload it.khjk

Day 9: 05/25 Went shopping in Ragusa its beautiful. We found an amazing gelato place it was only 2 euro for a huge brioche (its a croissant filled with ice cream its amazing) and drove to Catania to fly back to Rome.

Day 10: 05/26 Slept all night in the airport cause we had to be there at 4 am anyway. Finally flew home!!!

Ok so we've been waiting for this for a long time. Finally I'm pregnant! Im 12 weeks and so excited, due October 28, 2010. We are so excited and realized it's all in the Lords timing. Well he timed it perfectly. We are so happy, Dallin thinks its a girl and I now a boy so we will see. Anyways just thought I would announce it finally. Hope all is well with everyone.

Spring Break

Ok so I know it's been forever. You're probably wondering if we're even alive, well we are. We have been busy. I've been working and more working. Dallin's been schooling and schooling. We finally got a break this last week for Spring Break. So we went to Universal Studios that was fun and close. Then we went up to Dallin's parents new house in Hanford, CA ( in the middle of nowhere) It was fun though. We then went to Newport Beach to relax and hangout. So we've done alot and it felt good to not have Dallin study all the time haha. Last week I found out I got laid off from my job for financial reasons so that kind of sucks but its ok back on the job hunt again. I'm still busy with Young Women's so thats fun. I love working with the girls. I feel like I'm one of them probably because I'm not that much older than they are haha. Anyways just thought I'd give an update sorry no pictures they will be coming soon.

Christmas

Christmas was a blast! It went by so fast! We went to my parents house and sadly I forgot our camera. It was the first time in 5 years everyone was home all 8 of us + parents and grandparents! It felt like old times with the house always busy! We played games all night, went to temple square, sledding, and did I mention games!! We saw our friends Molly and Brandon ate at the best breakfast place ever, in provo its called Kneader. I miss them already! Then we went sledding at Dallins families cabin, all day it was awesome! It went by so fast! Now back to the ol' grind! Dallin back to school. I'm back to work. We hope everyone had a happy holiday!!!

Ok it's been a while. (like it always is when I post) We had a great thanksgiving break! We went to Dallins parents friends house for dinner. It was good just not very relaxing when you're at someone elses house but it was good food. Then we went to Dallins sisters house the next day. Braved the early morning shopping with Jen. We didn't go to Walmart but the one we usually go to, we found out a fight broke out and they closed it down for a little bit (the things people will do for a sale amazes me). Then Dallins brother came from Vegas to hangout, that was fun we went shopping and lunch and more shopping haha! I took some family pictures they were cute but it's hard to do them inside at night with the flash off. I hoped some of them turned out the lighting was hard. Anyways it was fun. Here some pictures from recently. You probably don't remember what we look like haha! Dallin is doing great in school just getting through. I got a job working for a young couple in our ward. They have a vinyl printing business its growing so much they needed help so its fun! It was a major blessing.

Long Overdue Update

Well Dallin is doing great it school! I went to beauty school for 2 days it was kind of a sham. There was no teacher and only me and another girl in the program so I decided not to continue. Sad I know. :( So back to job hunting I'm hoping to have better luck this time. I have a calling I am 1st counselor in the Young Womens program. It's crazy cause it wasn't that long ago I was in there. But it is really fun I love it. They're great girls and I have had so much fun getting to know them. It does make me miss my young women leaders they were so great. Dallin and I have to give a talk on Sunday his topic is Elder Holland's amazing talk. I don't know how you can add much to that but it awesome. And I guess the "School of Theology" has to visit 25 different religions and learn about them so guess when they're all coming of course the day we speak so that will be a neat and scary experience. Dallins talk will be great. My topic is Enduring to the End so hopefully I have enough to say to fill 20 min. YIKES!! Oh I have been keeping myself busy by making these baby booties I have an etsy shop it CutieBootTutie.etsy.com let me know what you think. Anyways hope all is well.

Hey, ok its been a while since I last posted. Well lets see nothing much has happened! lol! Dallin has been busy with school, but has been doing so well! I'm excited for him. He studies hard and its paying off! So me well I have been looking for jobs but have had no luck. So I decided to go back to school ( BEAUTY SCHOOl) I start October 6th and am very excited! We are having a good time in California and like our ward. We haven't gotten any callings but its ok. Thats all the new we have. Hope you all are doing well!

Ok so alot has happened and its been a while. We have moved out of Alabama and that was a hard decision in and of its self. The school wasn't what we thought it would be. We are in Pomona now going to school at Western University. Dallin got to take a break for a couple of weeks before school started. We went and saw my family, it was short but it was really fun and good to see them. Then we went to the cabin with Dallins family again it was short but fun! I have pics with Dallins family but I forgot to take pics when we were with mine. Anyways we totally miss Alabama but know that this was the right thing to do. I know we went to Mobile for a reason, I just haven't figured out why yet! So here we are enjoying California a little homesick for Rexburg. Trying to make the best of it! Living until Christmas then I can go see my family and friends from Rexburg!

I thought this was an alligator but its a huge fish! Crazy!

So we drove 3 hrs to go to the temple in Baton Rouge, LA it was a beautiful drive! Dallin slept most the way there and I drove there and pretty much back to haha! Oh well he studies so I guess I'll give that to him. So the temple is tiny! It reminds me of the Reno temple. Then after we went to Bass Pro Shop. Never thought I could have fun in that place but it is huge!!! We shot targets and took pics! Well we are learning to love it here and it has been fun to go on this adventure!

Ok so it's about time to update this thing. We are doing great! Finally starting to love Bama (never thought that would happen haha). So I went home a couple of weeks ago and saw my family for my sister Lindsays wedding. It was alot of fun I only have a few pictures of it but I have alot of my neice and nephew I will put up when I get them from Danielle. Anyways Lindsay look beautiful. And her husband Aaron is a great guy. They are perfect for each other. He is hilarious and I think Dal and him will get along. So that was fun Dallin is doing well in school. At first it was really hard and he called me and wanted to find something else to do. But after this last test he got 85% so that is awesome! He thinks he can manage. Everyone tells him this first semester is the hardest. So that helps! He is amazing for working so hard and I know we wouldn't be able to do it without all the prayers on our behalf so thank you. The ward is great. They are so welcoming and I am the enrichment leader and Dal is the 1st counselor in the Elders Qourum. So we are having a good time. I haven't been able to find a job though but thats ok just trying to stay positive. We miss everyone and are finally convinced to slow down and enjoy our life right now because we rushed through college and we totally miss it so I guess the only thing you can do is enjoy the moment. Ok so we are finally here! It's taken a while to finally get moved in. It's nice here we like it the people are really nice here. It is definately different here without our friends and family. But we are getting used to it and trying to take it one day at a time. Dallin starts school on Friday! So that is exciting we made him a little office in our spare bedroom to study so he is pretty excited to finally start and to finish haha! The ward is nice here small but really nice. Lets just say there is alot of room for missionary work. Anyways here are some pics I couldn't get the welcome to alabama sign cause I missed it on the way here and also New Mexico and Texas but thats ok so anyways here are some pics of the apartment. Oh and I think there is one of our puppy that we had for a little over a 24 hrs haha! hope all is well with everything! We miss everyone!

Ok so we are leaving tomorrow morning. Way crazy! It's gone by to fast. We are so excited alittle scared and ready for an adventure! OK so I can't believe it but we were checking our email and Dallin got a LETTER from Pomona,CA all this time we were waiting for it in the mail but what a surprise Dallin got excepted to Western University. Oh but it gets better, so a couple of days later (Today) he was checking his phone messages and he got one from Alabama telling him he had come up on the list to be accepted. So instead of begging to get in we now have choices, I don't know which is better jk. But it will be tough deciding. So we are very excited! I just you would like to know what we were up to.

Dallins Birthday!

Yesterday was Dal's birthday and we went to the temple it was a great experience. It was one of those times that was just really good. Then we went to lunch got home and Dallin got a phone call to run to his basketball game or else they would forfeit. So we went it was an interesting game lets just say. They didn't win but the other team should have got alot of technicals and their moms hahaha! But that's ok its only church ball but you know how that is (very intense). Then we came home I made Dallin a birthday ice cream cake it was fun to make and he liked it alot. Then we went to a ward dance they were having it was really actually fun they had a live band they were pretty good too! It was a fun day! Valentines Day!

Well it was my turn to plan Valentines Day! So I made a card with clues and to find a hint you lift the tab. It was really fun to make. As I was making the card I decided to do more of a manly card. What started out to be now is a nature enviromently friendly invitation haha! Well I will have to put up pictures of it haha. Anyways we went to Olive garden first to have salad and bread stix then we went ice skating of course Dallin is good at everything so why should I think I might be able to TOP him. Well he was doing spins and jumps PUNK! haha! So after ice skating we went to the cheesecake factory and had dinner. We were more stuffed than we thought. We took like 3 bites. Well then I had planned to go for dessert somewhere else but we were to full. Anyways, for other news Dallin got another interview. He went to one in Pomona, CA it's an hour from us. Now he is going to one in Indiana!! Still no word yet. But that's ok I have decided that I am ok with relaxing for a year and just working if he doesn't get in. We're young still!! For NOW haha. We had a great Valentines Day. It was really nice to beable to spend more than 1 hour at night with him before bed. He has been so busy with work all day and homework all night. Poor guy. He is one amazing person to be able to do that though and I love him for it. I'll post soon and next time I will have pictures. Oh by the way we bought another car and sold our Honda. Thank goodness! This car is awesome! It is totally loaded which Dallin of course loves. I love it too. But you know Dallin he is a fanatic about cars. It's an Infiniti M35 dals boss was selling it so we decided to snatch it before anyone knew it was gone. haha! Suprisingly alot of people were interested in our car. Don't get me wrong it's a great car it's just I can't believe people were calling on it so fast.

The Fun Filled Week!

So we had a fun filled week sort of! First let me tell you, we got the letter back from Alabama! And well Dallin is number 18 on the alternate list out of who knows how many! But thats ok it's better than a no. It's just kind of sort of impossible that 17 people would turn it down. But maybe not! So anyways on to the better part of the week! Dallins old missionary companion came to California to visit us! That was way fun. First we played games all night! Yes I am tired. Then we biked to the beach the next morning that was fun. Then we found this italian store we bought all this athentic italian food (meat, cheese and bread) and made sandwiches. Then we went to the Santa Monica Pier. That was a blast seeing all the weird people do all the street act and shows. Then to end the Fabulous day. We got a flat tire. We drove around for what seemed like hours to find a gas station. I swear no one has gas. (yes pun intended) haha! Anyways fun fun day. Here are some pictures!

Well first off we went to this little town in California called Solvang it's a danish town. It was so fun to walk around in all the shops. Dallin and I especially loved tasting the free samples! Here are some pictures of that! As well as some of the Lakers vs. Cavaliers Game! Oh and of course I had to take a picture of this sweet car dal would know what kind I on the other hand have no idea. We also found that when other people besides us would take a picture it would turn out bad. So as you will see all the one with Dallin and I in it they are blurry. I think one would call that idiot operator haha jk!

Well the game was awesome!! Although it got annoying with the lakers fans everywhere! Unlike them we came to see LEBRON!!! Dallin was way excited! Even though they lost it was a good game until the 4th quarter!! Hope everyone's day off was great!

Update on life!

Well it's been a very busy couple of weeks for Dallin at least. As you know he went to the interview in Arizona but found a couple of days later he DIDN'T get in. Oh well on to the next interview! Sad but we knew we have a couple more schools so crossing our fingers! He just got back from Alabama and is exhausted! So he left Thursday morning got Mississippi and drove to Alabama not a long drive like an hour. He then drove around for a day. On Friday he went to the orientation it wasn't that bad. Just felt like forever. Then he went to the dinner they had for all the interviewees. Get this EVERYTHING had shrimp(he is allergic) in it except the chicken fingers. Well lets just say he was starving afterwards. Then the next day he had his interview. He said everyone was so nice and welcoming. They were genuinely nice they actually cared about how you were doing. Instead of California where all they care about is what you look like. So that went fabulous! Then he drove back to the airport to get on standby. Well he didn't get on. So he spent his whole night walking around the town near the airport. Get this only those who know Dallin would believe me when I say, he carried his luggage around the town and sat in a hotel lobby until 4 am (his flight left at 6 am). Instead of getting a room he just sat in the lobby. He told the lady he was waiting for someone then she finally ask sooooooo is the person coming and Dallin said well I guess I'll just fly out then. (no one was coming to get him he just didn't want to pay for a room hahahaha!!) That was hilarious though.
Well I haven't been up to much just applying for jobs everywhere I can! Not to much fun! We are going to the Lakers VS. Cavaliers tomorrow Dallins pretty excited because they're #1and 2 teams!!! So it should be good. I'll get some pictures up soon!!!

Interview

I am way excited Dal has applied to PA school. We had been waiting for a couple of months to find out if he got in or if there were any interviews. We heard nothing until January. He got an email saying he was invited to an interview in ALABAMA!!! Can you believe it we!!! Not exactly what we were thinking but that's just fine we were so excited to get anywhere. Then out of the blue I check the email again and saw it was from Arizona I thought it would be some holiday greeting or something. I opened it and saw that Dallin was invited to an interview. I was ecstatic! We looked when the interview was and it was in 4 days!!!! So we bought a plane ticket and that's where Dallin is right now!!!! He has been studying interview questions so much! I am so proud of him. He has been working really hard! Anyways we will let you know when we find out.
